What do you all think is better when connecting switches together within a shor. We are upgrading some of our infrastructure and I'm reading up on cat8 vs fiber.
Hey all, I think I know the answer to this question but I wanted to see what you all thought. Thanks everyone for all your continued support. If (like mine) you see an 'Update Option' item it is a C2R installation otherwise, if that option is missing and you see only the 'About' item then your installation it is a 'MSI' based installation. But even with Bitlocker turn off/disabled Office still error out and stops installation. To identify if Office 2016 is C2R or MSI based, you need to look into File, Account in any Office application. I even tested the DVD and USB on other laptops and it installed fine on those computers (Windows 7) so the DVD/USB were good.I also stopped the MS Bitlocker from encrypting the drive after I did the Refresh in case it could have been that. I have also "Refreshed" the Surface and recovered it back to factory default settings and before doing anything, I uninstalled the MS Office Trial 2016 and ran the MS Office Removal tool to make sure I didn't miss anything, then I rebooted Surface and then tried to install MS Office 2016 standard 64-bit and still error out. I am installing it manually with a DVD or USB drive both has same error too. Yes, I'm sure I have the 64-bit volume license and also tried 32-bit to see if that would work.but the error still persists. I've tried the removal tool a few times with reboots between and I also created another profile but same error too.
